Hi! I'm Hannah, a licensed therapist helping people navigate anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I'm here to help.
